The EuroSCORE Risk calculator is a simple program to calculate the estimated probability of death from an operation by entering information on a number of risk factors. The calculator can be used free-standing or incorporated into your existing data software.

Requirements:

Microsoft Access

Simply click the DOWNLOAD button and save the file to your hard drive. Once downloaded, locate the file "Risk Calculator.exe" and double click it. This will open up a Winzip self-extractor screen (see below). Click the Unzip button.

The file Risk Calculator can now be found in the "my Documents" Folder on your computer.

Double click this file and it should automatically open up Microsoft Access, presenting you with the Risk Calculator program.
